Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.
We aim to process your orders within 24 hours of working days (Saturdays, Sundays & Public holiday are not considered as working days) of orders being placed. Your order should reach you within 3 working days from dispatch date. If buyer do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.
In general, all products sold are not returnable, refundable and exchangeable.
We may not be able cancel and make changes for the order. Due to our commitment to process order quickly and efficiently, our warehouse is notified to prepare and pack order for dispatch, once order has been approved. We regret any inconvenience caused to our customers.
If buyer have received products which a damaged/defective items, buyer may return their purchase to us. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving the order.

We'll refund buyer return shipping costs, free returns only apply to domestic returns made via PosLaju. We advise that buyer always keep the courier slip which have the Tracking Number as proof of return.
Alternatively, buyer can also ship return item using any courier service and courier fee will be borne by buyer.
